ОЦЕНКА НАРУШЕНИЯ БИЛАТЕРАЛЬНОЙ СИММЕТРИИ ЛИЦА СИСТЕМОЙ КОМПЬЮТЕРНОГО СТЕРЕОЗРЕНИЯ

 Аннотация

    The problem is considered of measurement of bilateral skull symmetry distortions using stereoscopic images of human faces. The stereoscopic computer vision system is developed for diagnostic of squint in early childhood for prevention of possible disabilities. The required precision of measurement is estimated. It is shown that algorithms developed can provide a sufficient accuracy of measurement of anthropometrics in the field of eye-sockets. Complex method utilizing both raster and vector templates of face features is proposed to find exact positions of low-contrast reference points on face. The methods developed have been tested on patients with different forms of squint.
