 Аннотация

    Onе of the actual problems arising in creation of an
    equipment for remote sensing of the boundary of ocean-
    atmosphere division is incoming signal fields simulation.
    Confortably to equipment for remote sensing of spatial
    spectra (SpSp) of the sea surface (SS), this problem contain
    numerical synthesis of test optical images (OI) of the SS,
    which has desired SpSp at conditions of forming model signas
    correspondance to conditions of real images registration
    [1-4]. During synthesis of images it is necessary to
    conssider that it is possible the situation when rough
    within the field of vision is spatial nonuniform, that is in
    the frave simultaniously present surface parts, the SpSp of
    which are different, and dimension of all observed area on
    the surface. Such situation may arise during registration
    aviation carriers the SS arias which contain sliks induced
    by internal waves, oil pollutions circulations, convectional
    cells, currents etc.
