Synthesizing Easy-to-Control Digital Circuits
Аннотация
The problem of constructing easy-to-test discrete circuits is examined. A methodology for synthesizing combination circuits and circuits with memory which are accessible for control with a minimal number of input test vectors is described. Issues of modifying a single element as well as the entire circuit with the goal of making them suitable for control are studied. Ключевые слова
