It is proved that integrability conditions to be satisfied for demand functions it is necessary and sufficient that the distribution of income among social groups depend on price indices by which various social groups estimate the level of consumer prices and describe by means of Bergsonian function of welfare. A nonparametric method for analyzing budget statistics is proposed.
