The mathematical formulation of such a problem depends on the initial assumptions, and in this paper we make use of the assumptions presented by Arianin and Nikolaev. The problem can be treated as a linear model and this permits a general formulation. Since we are interested in the location of production and not of specific plants, we may speak of the productive-technical complex, the internal relations of which are described in von Neumann's model.  Ключевые слова распределенная экономическая система, производственно-технический комплекс, модель фон Неймана.
